Senior Pastor: Clyde A. Harris Jr. Before founding ALMCC, Pastor Clyde and Lady Denise Harris were installed by Apostle Wade Douglas Sloss on May 3, 2015, as the pastor of Lighthouse Community Church in Indianapolis, Indiana. They would drive weekly from Muncie to Indianapolis, along with their two children, Hadassah and Daniel. In addition, two to three vehicles would come from Muncie to attend the weekly church services. The congregation started with 12-15 members, a small but close-knit community. During these three years, that season of leadership helped further prepare Pastor Harris for the birthing of what God was calling him to. Hearing from the Holy Spirit, Pastor Harris continued to follow the instructions. In doing so, the Lord directed his steps to follow the vision that God had given to him. It was transparent and evidence that the anointing and God's approval were upon adhering to the voice of God. The congregation continued to grow until parking became an ongoing issue. Pastor Harris would often state that it's a good problem to have.
Our Story
Birth of the Ministry (2018)

Abundant Life Ministries Community Church (ALMCC) was officially founded in 2018 by Pastor Clyde A. Harris Jr., a visionary leader and dedicated servant of God with a heart for ministry, community outreach, and spiritual development. Rooted in the mission to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and foster holistic growth, the church has become a vibrant center for worship, discipleship, and service. The vision for Abundant Life Ministries Community Church was born out of a desire to create a ministry that reflects God's abundance with balance in every area of a person's life. From its inception, the church has focused on teaching the Word of God with clarity and revelation, equipping the saints for ministry, and reaching the lost with the love and truth of Jesus Christ. On numerous occasions, Pastor Harris would say, "Where He leads, He guides, and where He guides, He provides." In September 2023, a church showing was made available to Pastor Harris, and, being sensitive to the Holy Spirit, he was confident in knowing that was where He and the congregation were to relocate. Through the challenge, Pastor Harris remained assured of what the Lord God had spoken regarding the building. In February 2024, Abundant Life Ministries Community Church purchased over a 14,000-square-foot church property at 5353 Millersville Road, Indianapolis, Indiana. One year and one month later, due to renovations, the congregation moved into its new church home. The first prayer meeting was on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, and the first Sunday morning worship was on March 23, 2025.
Legacy and Vision
Today, ALMCC continues to thrive under Pastor Harris's leadership. With a heart devoted to the Kingdom of God, Pastor Harris remains committed to soul-winning, discipleship, and cultivating a church that operates in spiritual power and practical love. The church continues to grow.As the church looks to the future, Abundant Life Ministries Community Church stands on the Word of God and scripture John 10:10 —"I came that they may have life, and have it more abundantly." With this declaration at its core, ALMCC remains steadfast in its mission to be a beacon of light, life, and hope to the city of Indianapolis and beyond.
